Science Education Promotion
Srinivasa Subramaniam, President of Samatva, gave a scientific and a motivational talk to promote scientific research and education to these students. These students have limited access to research facilities in the sciences.
Our science promotion efforts at Maharani College work to help these students realize that scientific research is accessible and feasible. We focus on increasing awareness of the opportunities in life sciences and motivating these students to further pursue science education.
Students were encouraged to ask questions in response to the scientific talk. Four students were awarded a Best Question Award for the most thoughtful questions.
Samatva continues to give scientific and motivational talks to students.
